Gentle Restorative
- Calm down your body and mind with deep relaxation.

Spiritual Self Care Club - Compliment your physical yoga practice by taking care of your spiritual Self as well!

All-Levels Flow - This class will start with a gentle warmup, followed by beginner strength moves and ending with a Vinyasa Flow that you can modify to suit your energy level :) 

All-Levels Flow + Moon Meditation - Join Elicia for a 30 minute All-Levels Flow followed by a 15 minute Moon Meditation.

Salute the Sun! - A perfect way to wake up by connecting the breath and body.

Gentle/Beginner - Lots of modifications, gentle stretching and slow sun salutations. Learn the basics of a yoga practice.
