This is the story of why I broke up with Updog. Upward-facing dog is a very common yoga pose taught in most Vinyasa yoga classes. However, just because a pose is common, does not mean that it's easy, accessible, or attainable by most people. Learn why Updog isn't as easy as you think and why I removed it from my yoga practice.
